Day one - Basic Cycling Techniques and developing Riding Skills
Duration: 4 hours

- Introduction to cycling
- Focusing on bike anatomy
- Starting, stopping and basic balance
Part 2
- Building on fundamentals with steering techniques
- Speed control
- Simple maneuvers.
Day two - Intermediate Techniques Advanced Cycling Skills
Duration: 4 hours
Part 1
- Focus on intermediate riding skills
- Safer street riding and basic traffic navigation
Part 2
- Advanced session on saferty
- Emergency maneuvers
- maintenance such as fixing a flat tire
